What is your return policy?
If your order unfortunately arrives damaged please contact me within 48 hours of receiving it with photographic evidence I can then arrange for a replacement.

When ordering personalised items such as name plaques unfortunately I am unable to offer returns or refunds (unless damaged) if you change your mind due to not being able to resell them.
​
Non personalised items can be returned to me within 30 days of you receiving them if you change your mind. The return postage will be at your cost and the item needs to be in a saleable condition.

If you have any queries or problems about anything please don't hesitate to contact me as I will always do my absolute best to fix any issues that may arise.
